Updated March 27, 2024I would recommend Kevin to family and friends every time. I’ve now sold a house through Kevin. The quality and care he provided is of another kind. His information provided and guidance in the step make Kevin our only realtor choice. As well his marketing strategy and video quality made our home look in a way never seen before by us, making it a bit more emotional to sell. Our house was pending in 3 days and sold in another 3 which blew our expectations out of the water. Kevin and his team did an unbelievable job for us and had a solid offer for our house within 2.5 days of being listed. We decided to price our house aggressively when relisting with Kevin as our goal was to sell relatively quickly after having been on the market for four months with a different realtor. He made an excellent video for us to highlight all the positives of our house and neighborhood. With Kevin's wonderful marketing, we had showings every day and then an offer a couple of days later. Although the offer came in while Kevin and his family were in Canmore for the weekend, he was still kind enough to keep us updated and negotiated the terms we wanted.
