We have now used Kevin's services for both buying and selling a home. We have worked with several other realtors from bad to great, but can say with utter certainty that Kevin is in a league of one; other realtors have been knowledgeable, but none of them have been as knowledgeable, caring, detail oriented, reassuring, and fun as Kevin. He proactively and clearly instructs his clients about the process, what is required, and what to expect. And he's also an excellent negotiator. Real estate shouldn't feel this good. In this sellers market(I was the buyer with limited resources) The property I pchsed was listed @ noon Thursday. The soonest We could get a showing was 1330 the next day. When we looked @ the listing there had already been numerous showings. I wanted the property but had limited resources. Kevin and I came up with a good fair offer plan and 4 hrs later the property was mine. Any documentation or questions I needed answered Kevin attended to them very quickly. My wife and I sold our house with Kevin, our daughter and son in law bought and sold their house with Kevin, and I bought my condo with Kevin. 2025 Review
I was looking at upsizing and of course had to come back to Kevin, the best realtor around! He listens and is attentive to your specific needs. I had some interesting wants this time around in terms of location and where it faces, and we found the perfect spec home being built! Can't wait to move in!!!! I was in the market for a new home. I reached out to Kevin and he asked all the questions to know what I was looking for, checked in throughout the entire purchasing process to ensure all was on track and if there was anything I needed from him. On possession day, Kevin also gave me a "congratulations on my new home" gift. He even checked in after possession, to ensure I'm settling in well, and if I needed help advocating with the builder on any issues. Kevin is very thorough and there to help every step of the way for new and seasoned home buyers! Kevin is awesome! I would highly recommend him for anyone in the market to buy or sell their home.

We sold our home in west Edmonton and bought our new place in St. Albert with an absolutely uh-mazing realtor!
We looked at quite a few homes (seriously thanks, Kevin) before we found “the one” and he never quit on us! Every couple days I texted him listings and he quickly lined everything up for us to do them all in an evening or whenever suited our schedule.
I called and texted him often and he always took the time to listen and gave us great advice when needed.

This was my first time selling a home and I truly can’t imagine a better first experience.
While the sale itself came with unexpected challenges from the buyers side (twice), Kevin went literally above and beyond for me to make it happen. He spent his Friday night and Saturday morning making the sale happen and taking on roles that I’m sure are way out of the normal scope of his work.
I can say with confidence that there are very few agents, let alone humans, who have the kindness, agility, gentleness and yet determination and resolve that Kevin has in his work.
It’s one thing to be a good sales person, but it’s another to make everyone feel seen while you do it.

I would recommend Kevin to family and friends every time. I’ve now sold a house through Kevin. The quality and care he provided is of another kind. His information provided and guidance in the step make Kevin our only realtor choice. As well his marketing strategy and video quality made our home look in a way never seen before by us, making it a bit more emotional to sell. Our house was pending in 3 days and sold in another 3 which blew our expectations out of the water. If you’re not listing with Kevin, too bad for you.

Kevin helped us buy our home here is St. Albert this spring, which was a fantastic experience. Even after the sale was complete, we've had Kevin keep tabs on us and our adjustment to St. Albert life, which has been great by the way. Kevin also sent gifts of a custom wood family name plate that we have welcoming our few guest and family into our home. He just delivered Christmas cookies that my 4 and two year old though were the best breakfast they ever had. Thank Kevin!

Kevin and his team did an unbelievable job for us and had a solid offer for our house within 2.5 days of being listed. We decided to price our house aggressively when relisting with Kevin as our goal was to sell relatively quickly after having been on the market for four months with a different realtor. He made an excellent video for us to highlight all the positives of our house and neighborhood. With Kevin's wonderful marketing, we had showings every day and then an offer a couple of days later. Although the offer came in while Kevin and his family were in Canmore for the weekend, he was still kind enough to keep us updated and negotiated the terms we wanted.
