Part of my unique process is to determine the ideal “target market” for you home, and then develop a marketing strategy to get your information to in their hands. Whether that’s through Facebook & Instagram Ads (99% of all buyers are searching online), or even hand delivering your home’s information to them, these strategies are created to maximize your results and help you sell (“tell better home stories”).

Are you ready for the future?

A new service we are providing to select clients is VR (virtual reality) tours. We use a 360 degree camera to create a virtual walkthrough (you can see an example here). This way prospective buyers can walkthrough your home before ever stepping foot through your front door! This creates more interest, shareability, and potentially saves you (the seller) from working with the wrong buyers.

Buying – What are you looking for?


Finding the perfect home for you takes a bit of information so we can narrow things down. With this narrower scope we can search out properties that meet your criteria and eliminating the ones that don’t. We use the backend of the MLS system to find out all the relevant information about homes and relay it to you (ie. how long it’s been on the market and price drop history, which help us negotiate the best prices for you).
